Preferred Installation Instructions

For Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), one can use our GMO repository and yum to install SHURIWorker. This should work for most Shell Linux environments.

  1. Add the Shell GMO repository to yum by running sudo wget -P /etc/yum.repos.d --no-check-certificate https://download.gmo.shell.com/repo/SHURI/SHURI.repo
  2. Update the yum configuration by running sudo yum repolist
  3. Install SHURI by running sudo yum install SHURIWorker

Other Linux Distributions

In order to run SHURI on a Linux platform that doesn't use the RPM installer, SHURI should be installed in the /opt/shell/SHURIWorker directory. In addition, the following are required packages
